In relation to over 50s life cover we provide information only and introduce you to product providers — we do not give personal advice or a recommendation, and we may receive a fee or commission for an introduction.

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms govern your use of cover.purefininsurance.co.uk and any pages we control (the “Site”).
1.2 By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1.3 We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.

2. Using our Site

2.1 The Site is for UK residents aged 18+ only.
2.2 You must not misuse the Site (for example, by introducing viruses, scraping content, attempting unauthorised access, or using it for unlawful purposes).

3. Our services and regulatory disclosures

3.1 We provide information about over 50s life cover and introduce you to insurance product providers. We do not provide the insurance ourselves.
3.2 Whether a product is suitable depends on your circumstances and the provider’s terms. Acceptance and cover are subject to the provider’s eligibility criteria.
3.3 No advice: Information on this Site is general information only and is not personal financial advice or a personal recommendation. If you need advice, you should seek it from a suitably authorised person.
3.4 Fees and commission: We may receive a fee or commission from a provider for introducing you. We will provide more information on request and as required by FCA rules.

4.2 We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Other important terms

10.1 Severance: If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest continues in force.
10.2 No third-party rights: No one other than you or us has any rights under these terms.
10.3 Assignment: We may transfer our rights/obligations under these terms. You may not transfer yours without our consent.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
